When my sister Wai Wah was diagnosed with breast cancer, I spent hours searching through nutrition books for the right passages — books I already knew by heart. The knowledge existed. But it wasn’t findable.
Six months later, the aggressive cancer was defeated. Nutrition was part of the therapy. But the pain of that search remained — and became the question that gave birth to ChinaYung:
