China Restaurant YUNG — Worldwide Visibility in 39 Countries Worldwide Without Marketing Budget
A single-location Frankfurt restaurant is worldwide-visible for queries like „peking duck baltimore“, „beijing da dong menu price“, „dragon-i peking duck price“. How that happened organically — in four steps, three months, with verifiable GSC tables.
The Headline Result
A single-location Chinese restaurant in Frankfurt, run by one family, with no advertising budget for the FAQ pages — visible in 39 countries.
/en/hoisin-sauce/Wikipedia-Level Topic Authority
The most striking finding is not the count itself, it is which queries we rank for. Our Frankfurt page /faq-peking-duck/ is worldwide-visible for queries that have nothing to do with Frankfurt, nothing to do with Germany, and in several cases name a competing restaurant directly. Google has decided that our page is the canonical answer for „Peking Duck worldwide“.

It does not. It ranks our Frankfurt page first. The reason is not that we are bigger or richer than Da Dong — we are obviously neither. The reason is that our page is structurally complete, factually dense, schema-correct and consistently maintained. Google rewards that combination, and the reward at scale is topic authority.

What We Did
Four steps. Today all automated in the ChinaYung software.
BLS Allergen Mapping
Every ingredient in our recipe database was matched against a Bundeslebensmittelschlüssel (BLS) reference entry. The result is a deterministic table: for each ingredient, the 14 EU allergen flags plus a nutrition profile. The matching ran semi-automatically with human review for edge cases such as regional Chinese ingredients without obvious BLS counterpart.
Schema.org FAQPage at Scale
Every dish-level allergen and cuisine question that a guest could realistically ask was modeled as a Q&A pair: „Is the Peking duck gluten free?“, „Are the dim sums made with wheat flour?“. The pairs are stored in our database, rendered as <details><summary> blocks on the page, and emitted as Schema.org FAQPage JSON-LD in the page head. Google reads the JSON-LD; humans read the HTML; the two stay in sync.
LLM-Optimized Content
Beyond Schema, we added a llms.txt endpoint and dedicated long-form FAQ pages — for example /faq-peking-duck/ and /en/hoisin-sauce/. The pages are not keyword-stuffed; they read like a thorough conversation with the kitchen. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude cite them frequently.
Sitemap and IndexNow Automation
After each content change, the software regenerates the page sitemap, busts the sitemap cache and pushes a notification to Bing and Yandex via the IndexNow protocol. Average time from „edited a dish“ to „live in Google index“ is under 24 hours.

What surprised me was not the German rankings — Frankfurt is a defined market, a real restaurant with a thorough page wins eventually. What surprised me was Baltimore, NYC and Beijing. When Google started ranking our Frankfurt page Pos 1 for „beijing da dong menu price“, I understood we had crossed into a different category of authority. The pipeline does not need to be in your city to win in your city, as long as the substance is there.

30 Minutes Walk-Through — No Sales Hand-Off
If your menu is maintainable and you are willing to enter your allergen data correctly once, the ChinaYung allergen pipeline handles the rest. A 30-minute call is enough to assess whether your operation is a good fit and what timeline is realistic. I do the demo myself.
